Setting up the company
The year Ice Dyp Balaș was founded.
The year 2000 marks the first major step in the company's development, a year that was the basis for transforming the technology of the production process so that the resulting ice cream meets the industry standard.
2006 is the year in which the company's efforts to produce quality and reliable products were successful thanks to the certification granted by SRAC (Romanian Quality Assurance Service) and the achievement of ISO 9001 and HACCP certificates in the field of quality management and food safety.
Modernisation of production
2008 marks the second major step in the modernisation of the production by purchasing modern equipment for the pasteurisation and homogenisation processes and modernising storage facilities.
A new factory
In 2019, the construction of the new factory started, with an investment of over 10,000,000 euros, a state-of-the-art factory equipped with the latest technology. The factory started work in spring 2020. With this factory, the range of assortments has been increased with premium products of a quality comparable to the big brands on the market.
Growing the Ice Dyp family
The company acquired in 2020 a small company located in the centre of the country, specialized in the production of artisanal ice cream.
